A platform built on PostgreSQL that adds auth, object storage, realtime subscriptions, edge functions and a generated dashboard to a managed database. Rows can be exposed through REST or GraphQL without hand-written endpoints, and row-level security doubles as the authorisation layer. It replaces a lot of glue that would otherwise be several separate services.
